Cool Painted my Wheels!

Since I'm running my 19" blingers, I picked up a set of hollow spoke TT wheels from a fellow 6speeder to use for track days and DE's.

They had a few nicks and scratches so I decided to paint them black.

I spent a couple of weeks on the prep work and sanded them down to the primer. Prep is the key to a good paint job.

I found a Satin Black and used a matt clear coat on top.

I'm very happy and think they turned out great. Total cost +- $20.00
I have a track day coming up in April and will take some pics mounted up.

They look great but they stick out a little bit too much I'm actually planning on doing the same to mine. Where did you get the matte clear coat??
