I installed on in my BMW z4 3,0, using the supplied car battery posts. Every third startup I'm getting a CEL light, and/or a low battery light, and car runs rough while cold. Other starts its perfectly fine.

I think the problem might be with the posts themselves because they are not smooth, but have like a diamond cut texture like on lifting weights. That probably reduces contact to terminals by at least 30% on an already small battery...

Anyone have similar issues on their 996tt with this battery? Are there smooth "posts" available?
