FM10s are just stunning. So is the rest of the car.

(PS: Leave a little extra time for detailing--lots of nooks and crannies in FM10s. Just cleaned mine today!)

You're not joking. I've already been struggling with keeping them clean as opposed to my old five spoke wheels. I've been looking for some nice wheel sponges. Griots seems to make some that might work.

We think alike! Here are my favorites from Griots for cleaning these as quickly as possible:

This for the sides of the spokes: LINK

And this for the rest of the wheels: LINK2

If you come up with anything else let us know!

Well, let me give you my not so scientific approach to why I ended up with JIC's. Obviously I took a look at the pss9's as well.
I basically just compared the various features you got for each and felt that the JIC's gave you more for the same dollar.
They are 16 way adjustable instead of 9/10,
They have helper springs which are supposed to help (don't remember exactly why)
They have built in adjustable camber plates, the pss9's didn't.
You could choose spring rates, don't know if you could with the pss9's.

All in all, I just felt like you got more for your money with the JIC's.

Awesome! Thanks for the links, that's what I've been looking at. What are you using to actually clean the wheel? Fikse suggests a 50/50 solution of water and simple green. That just seems too easy. Is that what you're using or are you using something else?

Not that i'm an expert . . . but I use Griot's wheel wash for a pre-soak then just wash with the rest of the car. Simple Green is great on my road bike, never though of it for my wheels--good idea.

I also wax them with a wheel wax once a year.

No problems unless you pick up some fresh tar from a road repair, then a tar remover might be needed. Have fun!
