they cut out the hole , and they bond them in with some kind of adhesive , I'll will find out what they use and post

I'd been thinking about the vent idea, although I looked at the 997 vents which have a nicer look compared to the 996...interested in how this turns out...nice job so far...

Vents are cut in tell me what u think, they still have to be adjusted a little, alot of work cutting them out, not a simple cut and stick in kind of thing lol

Side vents look good. What do you see inside? Is it ugly? They're considered "non-functional", correct? Are there any plans fasten up a tube of some sort to route air into the engine compartment?

they are non functional, u see the inside fender , but I'm going to get some black mesh and attach it to the inside so u don't really notice it, as far as fabricating some sort of airflow , I don't think think is necessry , espically since it's a non turbo and doesn't need as much air/cooling

yes hopefully it will be painted by tues-wed, as far as fitment not bad , but right now they're not bonded on yet so I'm not sure , looks good so far . Will keep u posted
