use of resistors have also been mentioned a lot of times in this thread. my suggestion to airedale is to read through the whole thread again. that's what i did before i purchased my led tails just to be sure that i don't miss anything and everything would work as they should.

I'm tearing my hair out with these stupid LED light installs in my 99C2. I've got the hyper flash - have the load resistors on order. My problem is that I have everything else working but the running lights. The brake light power should share this circuit so I don't under stand why when I turn on the headlights I don't have tail lights but if I put my foot on the brake the brake lights work.

Always look for the easy things first!! Both 7.5amp fuses were blown for corner lights/running lights. Happened before I found out you don't/should not hook up those two corner connections. Everything works. Waiting for the power resistors now to get rid of the fast flash. Next up is the 3rd brake light changed to LED.
