Forging ahead (new wheels)

New TR Motorsports F2 forged wheels. Very nice quality. Lightweight: 18x8.5" 20 lb front & 18.11.5" 23 lb rear.

Not too common but decent value from Tirerack.

Style reminds me of the GT3 wheels in the lines (though these are lighter than GT3 rims).

Those look great. I was wondering if they had a lip in the rear, Tire Rack's site is not very helpful in that regards. Thanks for the pics!

Yep, about 3 inches it seems from memory.

The Tirerack pic is of the front -- I didn't realize the rear lip would be so big -- since its not really my preference.

But I am happy nonetheless.

Pic of lip:

^ should have asked this before, what offsets are they?

I think the lip looks great, but now it's time for at least a mild drop. (Euro M030 are really nice!)

Offset is perfect for C4S or turbo widebody: 50 front and 43 rear.

Yep, the ride height is, umm, generous... I have it on my shortlist: torn between the Euro M030, Bilstein PSS9/10, or even the H&R street coilovers.

I just put Euro M030 on my C2 cabrio. Love it. Ride height could be a touch lower, but it rides just like stock, but handles better. The PSS9/10s will be better on the track, but for street driving, the cheaper M030 are great!

that doesn't even look lowered. I know it helps n handling but I would want something lower on those new forged wheels. Nice pick up

Wheels look good..i can see the resemblance to the GT3s.

That looks like a pretty fun road to drive on too...

They look outstanding. Quick question, will they accept P center caps?

TR Motorsports F2 wheels/rims

Not sure -- I kept the centers on my OEMs for winter wheels/tires. Which are now gone -- sold with car. So these are actually for sale -- used only for one summer (I have a 997 now). Will post info in the proper section...
