anyone ever been serviced at Pacific Porsche?

I'm thinking of doing my 30k service there. Any insight as to the quality of their work?

Thanks.

Not cool to me......................they forgot to replace one of my bolts on the engine brace, which fell off going 90mph. Didn't even get an apology.

I would not give them a passing grade either. I had a sound coming from the rear of my TT and they immediately blamed my TechArt wheels...a one piece wheel. So i had to take the wheels off at Lucent and replace with the stock ones in order to prove it wasn't the wheel.

They kept the car for almost three weeks. For one of those weeks I had to drive a crappy pick up truck around from a rental car agency because they didn't have a loaner for me. I had to constantly badger them to fix my TT. Plus they never gave me the new lip they promised.

They suck, IMO.

T,
i figured i'd be tired with the look in a month. so let's trade the wing... i hate my wing doesn't go up & down anymore

let's have Pacific do the job so in case it fly off on fwy we can have Mr. CA996 sue their a*s. we need more cash for different wings!!!

Decent at first just to get the grade, but very luke warm after. I had a reoccuring CEL that Dan refused to address claiming the CEL due to Baily DV's. I then had Rusnak fix the problem with no qualms, great service the tech mentioned that the Bailey had was not the issue causing the CEL. The Bailey were replaced due to Dan not replacing the failing stock DV's he mentioned the honk was normal. I think they need to clean house and start over. Personally Dan is OK but I don't think he's up on what's going on. I get a sense of apathy there, not real stoked to be working there. The techs are great guys willing to help, but Dan just puts a downer on the place. I think he's burnt, he's abit crispy.
