Poor man's version: Remove the driver side wiper arm altogether and re-position the passenger side arm (as pictured). I also suggest switching to a longer wiper blade.

RSR's and Cup cars have come from directly from Porsche setup like this for a number of years now.

Peter at TRG says that it just a extended arm on the center motor with out the attachment point for the linkage to the drivers side wiper. And a longer wiper blade.
I have emails to PMNA parts to see if we can get a part number and a price.

Removing one arm and adjusting the other, won't cover passenger side.
A company in UK called storm wipers, makes a conversion kit for VW/Audi,
they also have the dual porsche(2 wiper same side, one next to each other) wiper conversion, but its only for right hand drive...
Ive had that on my previous benz and am pretty sure same type
wiper system could be retrofitted in a porsche.

Well dang...
Per the parts dept at PMNA
"Unfortunately, we are not aware of any center extended wiper arm available for the 996 Cup car. Both the 996 Cup and RSR used the same wiper arm, and it is a road car part."
So I guess the trick now is to just find a spare arm and modify it. Hmmm....
