Air bubbles! Is the center piece on the factory aerokit wing, removable?

I had my car painted (01 996 with Aerokit) and the center piece of the factory wing is showing air bubbles.
Wanted to remove that and have the body shop drill breathing holes on the bottom of it and repaint it.
Is it removalble ? or the whole deck lid has to come out?

Thanks.

I am thinking that the air holes will prevent future bubbles on that piece. Hopefully this will do the trick.

No idea. If he is, he's posting in a deceptive manner. If he isn't, then he's getting himself a little too worked up.
