What maintenance should I do at 90k for a 99 c4 with a replacement engine?
I just bought a 99 C4 and am very new to Porsche's. The car I bought had a replacement enginer and all accessories put in by Porsche at about 78k miles and a new clutch/RMS at ~87k miles. The car now has 90k on it and according to the records left by the last owner is due for an oil change.
I am definitely going to have an oil change done, but is their anything else I should be looking to do at this point?

Check out the maintenance checklists on Renntech.org. It sounds like you have 10K miles on the engine and 90k miles on the chassis and drivetrain... so I'd probably use the minor checklist for the engine and major checklist for everything else.

I just had my engine replaced 83K miles. The clutch was new within 500 miles of the replacement engine. Previously, I had kept to the service checklists. My new plan was to split the engine and rest of car checklists until the next major service, then get them back on a synchronized schedule based on the new starting point of 83K miles. (i.e. 15K service at 98K, 30K at 113K, etc.)
