Cost to enable OBC?

It is about a 10 minute job with the PST2 or the newer system, but many dealers will charge a minimum of 1 hour. If you have a relationship with a dealer, or an indy with the tool they may do it really cheap or free. I don't think the Durametric will do this.

It cost me a bottle of wine to get a guy to switch mine on with a PIWIS. All you will get however is the outside air temp illuminated in the inst panel.
To get the full OBC you will need to fit the third stalk or a switch and some additional wiring. whole job took about an 1.5 hours.
