get an inspection on the RMS and coolant tank leak. budget $3k of repair, not including new tires.

sounds like a decent deal and would be a smoking deal at $25k. I am seeing $25k asking price for similar 996 with 45k mi.

Thanks, I found your post... you spent 1400 to get it done. I can get a 4yr 48k warranty for around $2500 but now i am thinking that maybe that money would be better spent on getting the LN upgrade. (Or, avoid this headache by buying a TT with 70k miles for $10k more....)

I'm not gonna be an internet bragger by saying I'm successful, rich, etc. because I'm not, YET, lol... The reality is I started working since around 14 for my dad solely on commission meaning I never got paid more than the employees unless I sold more, & I did exactly that. I finished high school 2 years early, started a small business in partnership with my dad at 17, studied marketing, cad/cam, gemology, & art, did all the marketing in magazines, flyers, etc. for both of my dad's companies, & I even did the Forex thing for a while. When I was studying, I was leaving my house at 6AM to drive an hour to my university, I'd get out, work at one of the stores &/or take care of my business, close, head straight to night classes at a nearby college, get home almost at 12, ate usually for the first time in the day, did my homework, & then sleep for around 2 or 3 hours. So I don't really have a secret other than the fact that no one believes that I'm 19 because of the bags under my eyes & I'm always tired.
