Stock dyno numbers?

Does anybody have a dyno sheet they can post up here? I'm curious what a stock 996 Carrera does at the wheels and what the power band looks like. In my case the 3.4L. I know there are calculations out there but I've learned over the years that they can be quite a bit off with some vehicles. If anybody has any that would be awesome, thanks!

I would like to see that also I have the same 01 996 but never did dyno prior to some mods being installed, curious to see what a typical stock 3.4 does so I can compare if I get mine done. Yes I know this would not be an exact comparison but more than I have now anyway.

My car has bpu's installed already as well. I do plan on doing a dyno this summer so I would like a reference point.

Hi, so I did a cold air intake, by-pass exhaust and Chip. Not that it matters but a bunch of suspension also. Not all that happy with the power performance upgrades seems about the same to me. I do a lot of autoX and some DE and the suspension work was worth its weight in gold. No magic bullet for power without spending more than can be justified putting into a 996. If I get the dyno I will post same, best of luck to you.

My car has pretty much the same mods. I figure the mods must have given 15 - 20hp. You don't notice any gain at all?

Back to the 01 996 with the mods, no I don't really get a sense of any additional anything. Car sounds Great but thats about it. Mods were professionally installed and car is in tip top shape, and I do drive it enough to know, so I guess it got some HP out of it but nothing distinguishable from the drivers seat.

Very old dyno showing our supercharger system but you can get an idea from this of what a 996 3.4 produces stock...

I just picked up my '04 C2 that had a number of upgrades including a VF supercharger. They guys at Speedwerks LLC in N.C. did a great job. Here are the before and after dynos. I don't have the boost values but you get the idea...

Very cool. It would be nice if these curves were published on all models when they are launched.

Any truth to CAI changing MPG gain? The results for performance gain seem to be 50/50 reading from the different post.

Increase in MPG might sway me to the CAI mod.

Thanks
