I guess if you use some filler right on top of the seam, it can be made to look similar to a GT3 bumper crease.

You are correct about using some filler to smooth out the top seam...It's intense labor plus I don't want to respray the whole bumper..

Thats awesome...I was just looking at the side of my car the other day, and noticed how high the bottom of the rear bumper sits compare to the side and front...looks like this is the solution
