Wheel offset and width question?? Again
#5
My friend with a 996 GT3 is running 19x11's +50 w/ 295/30/19's..The wheels/tires are lined up RIGHT with the fenders..I would imagine that any 996 narrow body would be able to pull off the same wheel/tire setup with rolled fenders and 996 GT3 alignment specs..

Yes
I am running 19x11 with an et 52 with 315/25/19 and they look great and barely stick out. I have no issues and it looks great.

i am in the market for new wheels for my 996 nb and have been doing some research. The only tire with close to the correct overall diameter that fits an 11" is 305/25-19. The problem is there are only one or two tires to choose from and they are pricy. Also, i think the an et of 51 may be too aggresive. i agree with geetee about the et.

9" min width in front and 11" min width in back. Front ET's can be anywhere from mid 50's (stock) to mid 40's. Rears can be from low 50's (stock) to mid 30's. I have 11.5 rear with about a 35mm offset. Pokes and bit, but still deciding if I like it. I may reduce from 10mm to 7 or 5, not sure yet. Front is perfectly flush, no rubbing.
