LOVE IT !

I love the openings in the RS bumper. how does it look in the there ? I mean in a gt3 rs I assume you see some cool racing stuff but in the regular 996, it must only be bumper cheapy stuff,no ?

are your wheels 18 or 19 ?

very cool car, but I think it would still be cool with the gt3 rs bumper without the lower lip.

You can see some rad pipe work but only if you look directly in from above. I also fitted black HexMesh to the centre front duct so you can't really see anything there either. I'll probably fit the 3rd rad in there anyway.

Wheels are 18, just sat low on KW V3s.

I really like the cup splitter but it's causing quite a few heart stopping moments on driveways etc...

No, aftermarket, heavy heavy heavy! Next thing on my list.
I'm using 14mm H&R spacers upfront and OEM Porsche 5mm rear...

LOOKS GOOD...and be careful you'll get used to it after a week. but remember those lower lips are easily repairable/replaceable

and i think a black hood crest would tie in ur black look nicely

Yeah, don't worry about the lip. It can take a lot of abuse and still look good. Just think of it as a warning tone not a damage tone. I used to wince every time I heard it, but I'm used to it now. I do have to go in and out of my driveway and most every entrance at an angle rather than straight on.

The car looks fantastic!

I'm used to the scraping noise as I had the cup splitter on my stock PU however it's amazing how much more the GT/RS bumper sticks out making angle of attack even less than before. Always wondered why people kept mentioning it before, now I see why. Thanks for the comments guys...

No kidding? I'd like to see it in person. Pictures never do it justice.

Dervish,

Looks really good! Did you purchase the RS bumper directly from Porsche or another company?
