I am also not confused, but I also agree lowering your car is a better investment in your money, and a result that you will actually feel and enjoy better than the stock suspension.
not RS-like stickers.....from the poll thus far, I think most agree no stickers

This for me was the best bang for the buck mod I did on my 99 996

Thanks for the input guys. I'm actually in the market on lowering the car.

How about just black wheels with no stickers on my car?

Depends on what wheel - but black will look good on blue.

The wheels will be the same as the silver wheels on the picture, it will be powder coated matte black or semi gloss black. Also, your referring to my shade of blue when you said black looks good on blue? I just want make sure. Thank you.

For those wheels I think I prefer silver. Your car is Cobalt Blue right?

I do like the dark wheels, but stickers 99% of the time, IMO make a car look silly, and even on the 3rs, it takes away from the "awesomeness" of that car.
I'd suggest dropping it an inch or 2, and never go the sticker route...unless your talking sponsored track car.

Go with black wheels, but no decals. Add a blue pinstripe to the black wheels and maybe drop the car an inch or so.

I think the door jab label say Zenith Blue but in my opinion it is almost the same as Cobalt Blue.

Thanks for the poll vote.

Yeah me too. I have the same comment about the sticker but now since I had my car for a while I want to put a sticker. I'm not sure if it's because I'm getting bored with the same look or it really looks good.

This is why I set this poll to have inputs because maybe I'm just getting bored with the look of my car... Thanks for you comment.

Yup I'm already shopping around on a shop that will lower my car. Hmm, I'm seeing a lot of black wheel vote but the polling result is the same as silver and black.

Guys don't forget to put your vote in.. Thanks!

Black wheels, no stickers. And I like the polished silver lip idea on the black wheels to keep them from blending with the tire. Black decals aren't bad, but I don't like the look, IMHO.

Whatever we think, I think you ought to do whatever floats YOUR boat.

What floats my boat now is to not make my car look like a floating boat...

So I'll lower it and I think I'm leaning towards buying a new set of black wheels with more spokes and not a deep dish style.
