It could definitely be done depending on how far south you're starting from. Just get your V1 ready and maintain a slipstream coming up on 101

i did 3.5hr from LA to SJ once. not anymore...

i almost forgot i did LA to akkurat in 3 1/2 hrs to pick up my wheels then came straight home but that took 7hrs
