Just curious... now that you've had that work completed, are you able to enjoy your car without worry?

Feeling some confidence about your m96 engine after buying the IMSr "insurance"?

And regarding a fun purchase... what about 19 inch rims? (not sure what wheels you have now).

Would you please tell me how much the cost was for the clutch replacement.
Dealer quoted me $1900 yesterday.

Wow is that your 996 in the avatar? how did you get a 99 to look like that? i understand that Turbo front bumper or GT front bumper, but your rear looks amazing, like 4s Turbo

This would fit but not the right look for a Cab. Send me an email as I do have something else that's a perfect fit for a Cab. fly996@gmail.com

Personally I've always been partial to the Gemballa rear wing/trunk treatment on the 996. As Gemballa recently folded though I'm not sure if you can still get one. Maybe you could get them from Gemballa NA as a good discount though!

For me, I think the 996 GT3 Adjustable Aero Wing is the best! (as seen in FLY966's post)

Here's a photo of the Gemballa wing I was talking about. This car belongs to the wife of a Porsche nut I know. I tried to buy it off them last year, but they wouldn't sell. I ended up getting a TechArt car that also has a big wing. Aesthetically though I prefer the more wild look of the Gemballa stuff (my Boxster has a full Gemballa kit).

Hahah Im just impressed your ready to start modding right away after such a huge repair bill, so awesome On a serious note the taco 996 wing looks pretty sweet on the 996 c2 narrow bodies you should do it.
