Different color painted center console
My 996 is Artic Silver/Graphite Gray. I was thinking about adding some interior accents to differentiate my car a little from the masses. After looking at the C4S cab posted her a few days back, I was thinking about adding colored guage backgrounds, some minor carbon fiber (shift ****, handbrake), but the unique feature would be having my center console painted a substantially different color than Artic Silver. I was thinking that the Lapis Blue might go nicely or on the wild side I could go with Speed Yellow (though I'm not sure how I'd like to live with that), another option would be Guards Red and then get my guages in the red to match from Gembella. Any suggestions on good colors that would look nice for a painted center console on an Artic Silver/Graphite Gray car.

Adam, I've got some Metropol Blue interior pieces that might look nice with your grey interior. Includes brake handle, shift ****, door pocket lids, ignition and emergency button surround and other pieces. Email me if you are interested. doncapecod@comcast.com

Adam,
My suggestion is that if you like the carbon fibre for the handbrake and shifter, get a CF rear center console. This will contrast nicely against the graphite grey and look awesome in your car.

Yeah, I guess Carbon is probably the most exotic option without it looking tasteless. I will play with Photoshop though to determine just how some options would look.

RE: Center console emergency brake handle
I have a 2001 996, grey interior. From wear over time there are numerous small nicks (more like exterior color showing black undercoat) primarily on the lower portion. Any easy way to repaint? Or a carbon fiber treatment wrap
