Fabspeed Valvetronic / PSE?

The thread above got me wishing someone would make an alternative to the PSE.

I just noticed today that fabspeed's website now has this:
http://www.fabspeed.com/videos/996%2...20mufflers.wmv

996 Carrera Valvetronic Maxflo Muffler System * Inquire Within*

Any ideas on price? weight?

A few things I see:

- Video is lame as there are no sound clips of it installed and running. That's the only reason IMO to have a video in the first place.

- I hope that muffler is a prototype as the bypass pipe welds look like an amateur did it compared to the other welds and almost looks like it was an afterthought.

- Why include two wireless remotes? This ain't no alarm and I can just picture Beavis revving the engine while Butthead stands outside of the car toggling the sound from the remote and giggling...I would rather have them include a hardwire factory style PSE switch instead

- Price isn't mentioned so I'm assuming it is probably at least double that of their normal exhaust making it in the range of $2k+

+1.... need to be hard wired....
and whats up with that small cut pipe and the comment "porsche charges $3k for it"..... the PSE cross pipe is easily 3x bigger in diam than what they show. Thats very deceptive IMO.... besides 996 PSE are over $5k now.

here is the diam of the cross pipe for the PSE same size as the outlet pipe..
