To fix or not to fix?

Just a cautious post here. At the start of my 996 C2 after a car wash or a rainy morning, I experience a squeaking belt sound of some sort. I then drive my P-car about half a block and no more squeak. 1) Is this normal? 2) Is this a indication of a loose belt or a belt about to cease? 3) Which belt?
