Being harrassed on the road!

Good for you Robyn. I've had several similar encounters with those types of LA vigilante drivers, so I feel your frustration.
Sure it probably wasn't the safest or sanest thing to do, but if you didn't tell that lady off like you did you'd be regretting it for a long time.

Robyn,
I can relate to you in regards to the Fabspeed exhaust. They are loud and attract attention.
I am planning on tinting my windows so no one can see me...LOL
My pleasant experience consist of driving by a golf course on the way home. The design of the course has a a tee box which is practically on the road and to top it off a red light adjacent to it.
Well...I usually get the dirties looks from golfers at that tee box when I drive by or am stopped at the light.
As a golfer myself, I know how anoying it could be but heh...Im not trying to get my PGA card.

Ever consider just putting mufflers back on? The noise would get to me after awhile. I find they just attract too much attention, I only put them on when I go to the track, just GHL's the rest of the time. I realized that;
a. I'm not 17
b. I have nothing to prove
c. Who needs the extra attention
Just food for thought

a. makes me immature (I think I'm a little offended by your insinuation)
b. shows that I have anything to prove
c. shows that I wanted extra attention.
I put them on because I wasn't willing to throw good money away on something that wasn't going to give me a performance gain and only marginal sound. And I actually like the way it sounds and the weight savings.
The "noise" doesn't get to me...I've had them on for a year now. Do I like other sounding exhausts more? Yes, when they come down in price...I'll consider them. I do appreciate your imput though, thanks.
PS Why do you put them on for the track?
