Installed LED Tail lights + PowderCoated Exhaust Tips

Got the LED tail lights installed, was pretty easy thanks for the help of a few members on here, i will do a writeup on it soon- All you need is a simple relay so you get no errors,no resistors or any of that BS needed!

Thanks to member EB487 for hooking me up with Black powderCoated Exhaust tips to match the rest of my car at a great price!

here are a couple of pics, car not washed or anything, horrible cam but oh well!

Very nice

Are you also considering a clear or smoked 3rd brake light?

You totally should- they are simple to install, i can't believe i was able to do myself, you dont need resistors or relay if your car is 1999-2001 if its 2002-2004 you just need a simple $20 relay that you replace, just unplug the one in your car and plug that one in..thats it!

Looks good and congrat's on the trouble-free install...but yeah, you need the matching 3rd brake light to finish off the look...

ofcourse the quality isn't OEM, but its pretty darn close- there is some play in them if you push down on them, but doesn't bother me, not even noticable!

will take pics tomorrow

Great, make sure to order the flasher relay i have placed below- This is the review i left on Amazon and includes the details for the flasher relay!

This review is from: Redlines Red Smoke LED Tail Lights for Porsche Carrera 996 99-04 (Automotive)
I ordered these LED lights for my 2002 911 and they were packaged perfect and arrived within 2 days, not sure what all the fuss here is about. If you have a 1999-2001 Porsche 911 these will not give you any error codes- If you have a 2002-2004 you need to just buy an LED flasher RELAY, they are about $20 and you exchange it with the one in your car, just unplug yours and plug the LED relay in- thats it- the relay is near the clutch, turn your turn signal on, and you will hear it clicking on the left, reach up and touch the relays and you will actually feel the clicking, then you pull it out and install the LED FLASHER RELAY IN- it doesn't come with the lights so you need to order one, i got mine from a place called superbrightleds. com. part #CF13GL-02

No its very hard to take a pic.. just look to the left of the clutch on the top row- its between a few tall relays, on the top row, turn on your Turn signal and you WILL FEEL IT CLICKING it will be very obvious, you can feel it! just pull out - i think it says 93 on it- and you will just replace with the one your getting very simple!
