You should ask if this wing has the adjustable flap. I've only found a few reps that do have the adjustable flap.
Secondly, I've found a lot of reps to be on the weaker side since they don't reinforce or use a lot of material around the stress areas which can crack over time.
Third, fitment will be all over the place as your holes might not line up.
IMO, you're better off paying a bit more for the MA Shaw rep as they have one of the nicest.
I would also recommend a full fiberglass for parts that don't or shouldn't flex. If you do a search for Duraflex, it has been known to deteriorate over the long haul as it was originally designed to be used on things found inside.
I do have a spare wing that is a rep, has adjustable flap and the factory optional Gurnee lip on it. It has a couple minor cracks that need to be addressed. I was quoted around $250 from a body shop. Probably going to be putting up for sale sometime as an FYI.

I had the MaShaw wing - got one back in 2001. Ran it until 2006 when it cracked. The fitment on it was far from perfect.
I am considering getting another one as its the most affordable option.
Thanks for the heads up about duralast.
For now, I will get my RSS spacers, h&r sport springs, and my fabspeed headers

Anywho, your other mods seem more worthwhile at this moment.

i am a purist. if it came a certain way from the factory, then its cool, but otherwise, its not for me!

Totally Agree. It makes sense that Porsche would know best about the aero and the car. Any changes to that only mess up the beauty of the car.
