Speaker Upgrade Advice

I notice quite a few folks have upgraded the dash speakers with 4" Focal separates. However, doing this necessitated rewiring the crossover into the trunk area.
I'd like to keep things as simple as possible and was wondering if anyone has used 4" Focal coaxial speakers as basically a plug'n'play install?
I'm guessing this would still be a decent upgrade in sound?
Thanks!

I used Focal components all the way around, but just about anything would be an upgrade for the OEM crap.

I am using the Focal's myself in my 2001 Cab, used the stock wiring from the trunk and installed the crossovers under the speakers in the dash. I do admit I am not running the factory amp but it should be similar regardless. There is room in the dash to fit the crossovers if needed. FYI

I picked up the Focal PolyGlass coaxial speakers. Had hoped it would be a p/n/p but I'll still need to modify that speaker enclosure. Hopefully it won't require much.
