I keep seeing it in posts and don't know what it is?

Sort of a very complex and expensive PCV valve.

Air Oil Separator (AOS) - sits on top of the engine - yes like PCV valve ...

you might have to register. But its a DIY guide how to do it. I thought it was very helpful. I was hoping to find more stuff like switching the ims bearing. Didnt see it.
