EVOMS or K&N filter for my 996?

 

I have the K&N. Didnt notice any power increase and just a slight noise upgrade. I am going to change over to the 997 airbox. Updates the engine bay a lot. Going to throw in a performance filter and maybe that rubber cap.

 

Nice. Did you notice if your RPM moves faster when you rev it?

 

I like the EVOMS because of the finished look and that it still utilizes the factory intake in the lid to get fresh cold air.

Can the 997 airbox be retrofitted into a 996 C4S without any problems and does that offer an improvement in its own right but more with a high flow panel filter?

If you have done this do you have any DIY instructions for it please?.

dont buy FABSPEED!!!

 

What about the Faabspeed cold air intake ??
For me it looks great !!
I would like to change my K&N to the Faabspeed but to ship it to germany plus customs and stuff too expensive for me !!
Anyone here who is goin to sell his used ??

Neither. Maybe the red tube and cap for $100 for a touch more sound at high RPMs.

I question anyone's HP claim.....

 

Don't believe the hype you guys its just for sound all intake brands. Don't you think it would be too easy to add horsepower and torque if that was the case..
