Makes me want to drive from Chicago to FL just for the oil change, then visit some family down there secondly because of the price for an oil change at my local dealership. (Before anyone comments, the car has always been serviced at a Porsche dealer (by the original owner for the first 11 years), meaning all the books are stamped and the records are available, better sale value when I decide to upgrade.)

Sounds like a deal worth the trip, if it wasn't one of the hot months in Fla. They need to do it during the winter months and then we all could become snowbirds.

Oddly enough, my fuel cost for the round trip works out to be exactly the same amount that my local indy tech charges me for an oil change. Then there's food, lodging and other entertainment to add in.

Too bad, my car is due...
