Will the 2002+ ROW M030 kit fit on a 1999?

It will physically "fit" but it will not be optimized in terms of damper and spring settings to your car.

Suncoast that sells these have different part numbers for mk1 and mk2 models divided even further by cab/coupe/6spd/auto/etc.

Was told the difference is about 2% and might even give a better controlled ride.
