I have been searching around for a 996 C4S and ran across someone touting their 2003 as the same body as the turbo wide body but not the same as a 2002 C4S (which they claimed not to be the same wide body). I thought as you did Zookie, any truth to this sellers claim?

 

That seller is full of beans. The 2002 C4S is the same wide body as the turbo. The 2003 he's selling is only wide body if it's a C4S or a turbo.

 

c4s is 1830mm (183cm)
c2 is 1765 mm (176.5cm)
so 6.5 cm difference

 

Much less cut out the quarter panel for the air inter cooler ductwork!
