Exhaust question for 911 c4s
Not sure if anyone in here has herd of this or not, but i know that with the BMW 335 there is a valve that controls the dual exhaust flow and if you disconnect the connector that feeds information to the valve you can leave the valve open full time. This causes the car to have a really nice sound at low rpm with lots of suttle back firing when easing of the throttle.
Has anyone herd of this for a c4s?

If your car did not come with PSE (Porsche Sport Exhaust) from the factory you can get the same sound from the FisterD modification. They basically weld in a bypass like the PSE uses but without the valve control so it is "on" all the time. Sounds very nice! Highly recommended.

You may have a car that was originally not equipped with PSE, and therefore no button can be found. A previous owner may have swapped out the standard mufflers for PSE mufflers. All cars that came from the factory with PSE will have the button on the dash.

Truth be told or at least as I understand it (and I have an 02 C4S) some factory installs of PSE did not have a button.... Mine does not have the button but the build sheet calls out PSE.
I did post some pictures and how to disconnect the valve so that the PSE is on or open ALL the time. Typically the purpose of the valving was to observe some sound ordinance in Europe (?).
I disconnected mine and after 6 months would never consider plugging it back in... Sounds great... All the time!
