Exhaust Tips for '03 C4S

I've seen the dual exhaust tips in a picture on this forum....I think it's from the sports exhaust....looks like one pipe is embedded in the other......is there a tip like this that is size specific to the C4S, or do they fit all 996's?

Sounds like what you need is the X54 tips, as your rear bumper cutouts are similar to the 996 Turbo.

Good to see you on the board, Richard. I remember you from the M5 days...

X54

The Porsche sport exhaust is "PSE" and doesn't necessarily include the X54 tips. Try a search using "x54 tips" this subject has surfaced frequently in the past.

The parts are different for the N/A vs Turbo models, but both can be fitted with the tips.

For C2 narrow body:

996-111-981-02 (LEFT)
996-111-982-02 (RIGHT)

Bought mine from Champion for $321 per each side

Dansk also makes a narrow body dual tip that looks exactly like the factory ones. In some ways its better because both pipe openings are real and connect up under the bumper.

Don't know the part numbers but give their rep a call.

Look me up the next time you're in LA, and I'll take you to your favorite restaurant, Piero Selvaggio's little "hole in the wall" on Pico....
