Just had my 45k service done at Circle Porsche in Long Beach and was very pleased, ask for Alberto. Beverly Hills wanted $625 and Mckenna wanted $585. Circle charged $377. Unlike BH they don't give you a loaner car but the service was super and I have taken mine to all the Porsche dealers including Rusnak where they gave me a pick up truck as a loaner.

Jack is a very close friend with my buddy and his family. They've bought/are buying many Porsches from him. Because of this I've met him a bunch of times and had lunch with him as well. One of the better salesmen out there (if there are any left).

No Porsche for me just yet, still waiting Hope you are enjoying yours though... my friend just got a GT3 from there last week. Porsche, there really is no substitute

I don't have experience with Rusnak Pasadena but I am about 1K miles away from my 15K service and was planning on trying Rusnak Thousand Oaks where I got my car in December. Will let you know how it goes..

well, i've had nothing but very pleasant experiences with Rusnak Pasadena. they installed my RoWM030 and provided the necessary alignment, and did a 45k (?) service on the auto as well. pleasant, courteous, knowing, friendly and timely, not sure what else you would want in your own home town (my home town). anyhow, i enjoyed my experiences with them. on the margin, i'm not sure how much more a mechanic at some other shop could better provide in these two situations. for me it worked out fine!

best success and have fun
