I was doing my usual browse on ebay and came across a whole line of seats that are very low in price. They look really nice but there must be something wrong here. Let me know what you think or if anyone has them. I mean for the price it might be worth the gamble haha.

I would be concerned about safety of the seat at that price.

I have a set of these... I bought them with the "so cheap might as well" mentality.. lol.

Suprisingly, The quality is really good. I put them in my 1988 Dinan 5 series BMW. I'd have to say that i wouldnt have concens about safety whatsoever.

I use my car as a daily driver and commute 35 miles one way to work. I bought a set of these because of the ergonomics as my drive is so long and the factory seats were garbage. I also car pool and am responsible for taking my friend to work daily. With that being said, I am 225lbs and my buddy is pushing 3 bills.

You would think that if poorly built, after 3 years one of them would be leaning, tilted or simply broke. No sir, they still fold, slide, and dont creak from abuse.

Not yet. The seats in my car are looking pretty bad on the drivers side. Was either going to get the side bolsters covered in tan or just go for black seats. Still need to get a price on repairing the seats. But you would recommend the seats?

 

And, they still make money at those prices. Something to think about when going for a 2k-4k pair of seats, right? But of course they would be 20-40 times better

 

I would recommend them. They are very comfortable and feel more secure than the factory seats. I was thinking about ordering a set and having them recovered in a matching color. They do not make them in a tan color.

 

Yea my car is black and the interior is tan. I changed my steering wheel,shifter and ebrake handle to black so I was thinking of putting in black seats.

 

those are really cheap....

 

I know. Cheap enough to make me want to get them just to see how they are. Know what i mean? haha
