DIY Possible?
Hi- Desperate to learn more about how to do this. Is there an aux in on my Becker1 4462 CDP2081 that I can access? I have the 6CD changer but it's never used, and heard I may be able to thread an aux cable from that to interior, and from the plug that into my iphone.

Hi,
Recently bought a 2007 Cayman with a PCM2.
Only after a week or so I "found" an AUX and iPod connection wired in under the centre arm rest.
Problem is, I can't for the life of me work out how to access it from the PCM. When I plug my iPod in, I can't see a way how to "see" it from the PCM. There doesn't appear to be an AUX selection option on the PCM.
Any suggestions.
Cheers
JJ

Only over a year late with my thanks
Hello:
I wanted to thank you for the help with the conversion info. I didn't buy the kit. Instead, I went to Fry' Electronics in Sunnyvale, CA, showed them this thread, and Mamo , the gentleman at Fry's, helped me using the cd changer to install the aux port such that now I will be able to simply select cd and plug in my iphone vs. using the antenna conversion kit/fm modulator. Labor and parts only cost me $87, and was done in an hour.
Great sound, no more cd mess, and sounds great thanks to you and your help!
Best,
Mackover911

Is the cable kit still for sale somewhere
International Sound & Performance, who sell the cable kit before, seems to have shut down their business. I have recently tried to contact them several times but I donīt get any answers.
Is it possible to get the cable kit somewhere else? Greatful for all help I can get in this matter!
