Sexy!

That looks great! I have heard great things about fiberwerks but I am waiting for a bumper that'll fit a 2001 boxster with OEM (looking) LED's in the front... I have seen pictures of some but they ALWAYS stipulate "bumper does not include LED lights"... Nevertheless great mod!

Thanks. The Fiberwerks bumper does comes with tabs thats designed to fit LED DRLs in the two side intakes like this,

I chose not to install them as I do not feel the need of DRL, but with the right LEDs, they can look quite OEM.

I'd recommend these if you must have LEDs, http://www.tmtuning.com/HOME/catalog...t_product=2450

These are very OEM looking LED DRLs,

Been looking at this for quite some time for my 996, I hear some horror stories about fit but it seems this one looks great! No issues with installation?

Fitment was very good for an aftermarket bumper. The alignment was pretty much spot-on as you can see from the photos. Only issue was (if it counts as an issue) I had to remove the lower splitter as it was too low for a daily driver. But it can be easily bolt back on for those track days if extra down force is require.

It does look great. I have a brand new, untouched Fiberwerks GT3-look bumper made to fit my 1999 996. I sold the car before installing, want it to go to good home. Drop me a PM if interested.

Arrerac911, it looks like this bumper uses the new 997 style side marker like mine does. Do you know how it was mounted? The retaining clip used on those lights is different from 996 to 997. I am still trying to figure out a good way to mount mine since the fitment is not great when reusing the 996 retainer.
