Hey all,

I was doing my spark plug tube install over the past weekend and I managed to break my wheel lock key... I searched around and found I can go to sears and buy either a deep socket that I can hammer over the keyed lugs and remove or get the lug nut remover for stripped heads.

Either way, all my lugs are crappy looking now so I'm planning on replacing. Do you have any recommendations for replacement?

BTW, no more oil leaks after replacing the spark plug tubes and plugs! Very happy!

 

just go to your dealer and get them removed with their lock... ask them to borrow it. this has happened to me before and there is like 40 different locks for different nuts.... I wouldn't suggest attempting to force anything on top of your old lock nut, as if that doesn't work, then you will be completely out of luck in getting that thing removed...
