TPC Racing: 400HP 996

It is a nice day here at TPC Racing. Warm weather, all of the bay doors open so we strapped down a 2000 996 with our TPC Racing Turbo Kit. The kit was recently installed so we put it on the dyno to make a few pulls. Very impressive power for a bolt-on kit!!

Harris, question for you. Your site shows the 996CT conversion kit making 520bph, yes I do realize you are working with the 3.6, but realistically, should that same kit on a 3.4 only make 400hp? 120hp less over 0.2L just doesn't sound right to me. I'm no expert, could you clarify? Thanks!

Just a guess, but maybe you're comparing crank HP numbers and WHP?

The numbers I have posted on here and the dyno chart express WHP. Sorry for not clarifying that in my first post! The higher number that you see on the website is at the crank.

JB, I can't post prices on here but I'll PM you.
