Anybody running 11" wheels with a +50 offsets on a NB
#17
Running Victor Equipment "Innsbruck", rears are 19"x11" w/et55, tires are Michelin PS2's 295/30x19. Had to roll the rear fenders and grind down rear inside bumper lip where it meets the fender to eliminated occasional rubbing when hitting bumps. No problems now.

I don't think you're going to have a problem with that offset. I've been told the bigger the number the better. Personally, I don't even think the rear fenders have to be rolled with that combo.

I apologize for reviving the thread, but i used it as a source of info for my wheels. I just purhcased some 18x11 +45 for the rear, and I will post up pics on how it looks once I get them settled in. I like beef on my tires which is why I opted out of the 19s. Wish me luck haha

If you are into OEM look and are okay with 18" for more meat on the wheels, no fender rolling, AND no rubbing then the Turbo Technology II wheels (hollow spokes, not twist btw), are your ticket. These wheels are standard on 996 turbo S and optional on 996TTs. Tire size are 225/40s and 295/30s. One can run up to 235/315 combo without issues as they are high offset wheels: 8X18 ET50 and 11X18 ET63. The key is that you need 60+ ET to avoid rubbing the outside fender on anything larger than 295mm section-width tires like Pirellis P-Zeros in the back. Also keep in mind tire manufacturers varies slightly in their advertised size. For example, running 305mm Kumho vs. 295mm Pirellis - the Kumhos ended up being about 1/2 inch narrower than the supposedly "narrower" Pirellis. ymmv.
