I have a C4 All-Wheel-Drive.

Oh sorry, got it mixed up. Dunno how you will fit 265's in the front without major modifications though.

The overall diameter isn't an issue, it's the clearance you might encounter either on the suspension side or if using the required spacers, the fender side.

Damn, she better be getting a big rock.

Promise her a GREAT honeymoon if you can get your rims/tires.

Gotta know how to bargain/negotiate once you're married.

She got a 1.65 Karot Ring and a BMW 328i for me to get a 500hp Engine.

And a Racing Suit and Helmet today. She says the Wheels and Tires can wait!

with that type of power 115+ for sure, in fact in a lightish 996 i would think closer to 120. Stock these cars should run, and I say should, 104-108mph depending on heat and elevation. Ease it out of the hole, and shift quickly at or near readline in 3rd and 4th, perhaps short shifting the 1-2. Try different techniques to see which is best. I always found shifting early on the 1-2 and nailing redline on the rest worked best. I would think you should for sure be shifting into 4th at or before about the 1000ft mark with that type of power.
With that type of power, it is tempting to keep the C4S and turbo it. I love the looks of the C4S and sound of NA cars over the turbo. Wow sounds awesome way better than a 996TT sound!!!!

Thanks for the compliments. I love the sound of the car and she drives great! The poor ET's are my fault. She capable of mid 12 seconds, I'm just still learning to drive her.

Street Racing is way easier then the Strip! So much pressure to stage right, then you only have seconds to pick a RPM. I got to nervous every time and basically just dumped the clutch and redlined every gear, hence the the poor ET.

I agree, I was maxing 3rd gear at the 1/4. I need to get it to 4th before. So I have to get through 2nd faster.

I will practice shifting at 5500 then increasing my shifts up to 6200, until I find the right spot.

Working out some of the bugs and Vivid Racing is doing a free swap to a better turbo for the power I'm creating.

No issues with Emissions or Drivabilty!

I could have sold the car and used the money I used to upgrade it to buy a 996TT but im very happy with this build. I didnt want to sell the car and the money I put into is a long term investment for me because I will have the car for many years.

And i also wanted a SLEEPER. Everyone knows a 996TT is 420hp and can be modded very easy. Its alot funner when they pull up to my Stock looking C4 thinking it has 296hp Stock only to embrassesly find out im putting out 502hp.
