So what is the height difference between H&R springs and ROW 030?

H&R are lower, and progressive sprint rate...not sure if the ROW 030's are progressive. But now you may be looking at springs AND shocks, and getting into PSS9 territory....

I can get the ROW 030 for about a grand...

PSS9 with sway bars is still about 2300-2500 min, correct?

No....you can get NEW sets on ebay for $1700.....If you are not tracking sway bars may not be required....I didnt do the sway bars (yet) and I can feel the improvement....Best of luck either way you will be happier than with stock.

I have the spring set from racers group, didn't lower the ride height as much as I would have liked and initially had problems with a clanking noise in the front. The racers group stood behind the problem and replaced the front springs and paid my shop for the added labor with free brake pads, etc.

In hind sight I wish I would have bought the cargraphic springs that deputydog95 has. I may opt for those in the future as the full coilover set up is a little overkill for my type of driving and budget.

my last words: RoW M030 is fine for daily driving, but does zero in the appearance/asthetic category.

value aesthetics: cargraphic/h&r springs with matched shocks

sleep well at night: pss9/x74

having said that? RoW M030 is a waste of money in my eyes (incl install/alignment) if you are after something beyond a slightly more stiff oem suspension.....does zero to satiate the want of the "lowered look." i should know, i bought into the RoW M030 oem story and ended up being disappointed. would the buyer have known any diff (diff suspensions)? prolly not as he didn't even want to drive the car (it was that clean).

have fun and best of luck!
