Difference in Row M030 for Cab vs. Coupe?

I have a C2 cab but found a deal on a used set from a C2 Coupe. What are the difference? Spring rate? Noticeable?

Coupe weighs less so spring/damper rates and possibly anti-sway stiffness will be "softer" than for the cab.

I would imagine installing the coupe kit on a cab would be "softer"--which rather defeats the purpose of installing the M030 kit. And which makes the "deal" a bad one IMHO.

My recommendation -- get the correct kit for your car.

I just did this on a 2001 cab... it was a kit for a coupe. If it is softer I certainly can't tell since it is pretty firm to me. ...but, I did have an issue with the rear being much lower than the front when first installed which was probably due to the extra weight for the cab assembly in the rear. It required me to modify the front struts to allow them to sit lower in the wheel hub collar. I love the look now and the ride is exceptional.
