Popping noise from CDR220/CDchanger Bose system
I bought a used '02 Cab with a Bose CR220 radio and CD changer last April. No problems. Then I had the CR220 switched out for a CDR220 and the popping began. The dealer replaced the CDR220 radio twice, the Bose amplifier twice and the passenger side speaker once. Still have a prolonged popping sound (3 to 5 seconds once or twice a day) coming from one or both dash speakers no matter what playing mode it is in at the time (radio, radio/CD or CD changer). Turning the radio sound down while the popping occurs does not affect the popping sound.
Anybody had this or similar problems? Any dealer fixes I can suggest to him? The dealer is out of solutions for this problem that's really "bugging" me!
Appreciate any help.

My CD changer just started to skip badly. Everytime I hit a bump it skips now. I had the same changer in my 00 C2 and moved it to my 02 TT before delivery and it's been fine up until last week.
