I'm hoping someone here can help me troubleshoot this.
This is my first Porsche so please forgive my ignorance.
Attached photo of my tail light. I labeled the 5 different lights in there.
Light #2 is not working (actually neither one of them is working on either side) and I can't figure out why because embarrassingly, I don't know what light it is and what switch turns it on.

The bulb work, tested it. I thought maybe it was a rear fog light? But the front fogs work fine. Checked the fuses for everything labeled "light" on the fuse panel and all are good.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

PS - I was half way through replacing the back up lights with LEDs, thats why one is bright white the other yellowish.

 

that is your rear fog light & only one side turns on....that's pretty stupid if you ask me

 

After you pull the light switch out for your fogs, pull out one more time and your rear fog light will come on. Like MkC2 said, it's only on your left side. There is a socket for a bulb on the right side taillight assembly if you want to take the time to re-wire.

 

Euro fog light. Only one works. You will notice most german cars are like this.

 

Thanks everyone! It does seem kind of silly that only the drivers side lights up.
