Supercharger will only benefit from header/cats so you can get them now and not have to worry later if you get supercharger. You just have to make sure your ecu tune will take the supercharger and all the bolt ons into account.
I think you're thinking of a turbo where it could require custom headers/cats/piping.

Fwiw, the 997 turbo style bumper looks a lot better IMO.
