^^ I got it from a DTM retailer but I think the bumper is made by NR. It fits very well for what it is. Going to be mainly a track bumper to scoop more air for the third radiator.

As stated above i think it is made by NR and its a poly 997 gt3 style front. The lower lip needs adjusted from how they stored the bumper but it does fit very well. I like the bumper you have on your car, it looks very similar without being a "wannabe" however screams for a drop :P

Thanks, I found a TPC turbo kit that will go on eventually. I will probably drive and track it this year then boost it come next winter.

Ended up not going to paint because the turbo kit and everything else is going on first.

so she is jacked up, exhaust and crash bar removed, and ready to drop the motor (only a few inches to get to a few things like injectors and muffler bracket bolts).

All the parts should be here this week so I will start working in the lab this weekend.

can i ask if there are any benefits in bolting on your own turbo kit vs just buying a 996 turbo?

Absolutely! The kit will make more power than a 996 turbo (stock) for total amount invested. I got the kit for a great deal and by the time I get the kit in and tuned, I am still $10K off buying a turbo car with 3x the miles.

Besides, once 997 turbos fall a bit more in price ill snag one up.
