Can a bent stock 1 piece wheel be fixed?

I have a set of chrome turbo 18's on my car and one of my rears has been bent...can it be fixed? It can only be seen on the balancing machine....cant be seen by the naked eye....any ideas of a place in So Cal? how much are we talking? If its too much then I'll just put that into new rims....Any danger in driving on a slightly bent rim?

definately can be fixed (and as long as no air is leaking, you can drive on it for some time, you'll just have to deal w/ a little unbalanced vibration, but don't do anything stupid)

if it's slightly bend then it can be fixed. but if it's beyond the point where u need to heat it up to fix then u're talking about potentially weaken the structure of the wheel.

wheels america is flat rate pricing of $129 no matter what work needs to be done to fix and refinish the wheel. there are many other companies that do the same thing out there though...

I used these guys before and they were very inexpensive $40-$60 for fixing a bent lip, but that was about 4 yrs ago...Goodluck.

Yep had the same problem with a rear Carrera Lightweight 18" on my 2003. My wheel was slightly out of round. My normal wheel repair place in NJ couldn't repair it better than it was because of how slight the bend was.

I used a wheel repair in place in Mass near boston that fixes them to better than oem tollerances. They made it perfect. About $150 with tax. They are called rimpro and have a website and alternate locations also.

Note: They did not need to refinish or heat up my rim, they have somesort of special press.
