Hey Guys,

My name is Jonathan but my friends but my friends called me Jay so feel free to use that. I was introduced to this site by a friend when I told him that I was considering buying either an SL55 or P. 997. I read the post that was up a while back about the same dilemma. I’ve always wanted to get an SL ever since I was young but I drove my buddy’s 997 a few weeks back and I fell in love – as I assume many of you know! However, recently I found a person who wants to sell his M. Benz 560SEC AMG which was one car that I always wanted to have. It’s in good condition, low mileage, 310HP I believe, and stock AMG kit/rims/suspension. I’m going to see him in a week and check out the car itself.

Anyways, that’s me in a nut shell…Hope you guys will welcome me and I hope to be a regular on here!

welcome neversleep, you better get one with 4 wheels drive. Either used TT or 997C4S. That way you can enjoy it longer here in Toronto!

Ray: ya i was thinking of all-wheel-drive too. I'm thinking of gettin rid of my current STS for the new one with AWD.

As for the benz it looks like this but with a different color and different rims. This is not the exact car but samples....

 

lol my dad used to have one of those.. handled like crap. i used to use it all the time.. lots of power but ate gas like i t was water...
