LOL. eveyone thingks it's a nice "little" car but in fact it is only 2 inches shorter and 40lbs heavier than my '99 996. i think most people are intentionally demeaning the cayman and the boxter by calling it "little" or "neat" like it's not a serious drivers car. very laughable.

so a 997S at close to 100K is worth it? hmmm.....

not lovin the looks either, looks like hardtop boxster IMO.
definitley not enough power, just like the base 997. if you're thinking about upgrading then 997S is the way to go, from a cayman S. going to a base 997 is not worth it. it doesn't handle as well yet has the very similar straight line performance figures and the 70K cayman will have all the bells and whistles yet the base 997 will just be..... basic.

not diggin the intake "gills" on the cayman.

The killer is the Cayman's fog lights. I figured out where I had seen them before: on the VW Bug. Awful!
